How I Manage Stress at Work

Oh Hey Busy Season!

This is the time of year when most accountants are working crazy hours, sleeping less, and struggling to maintain momentum. While I am no longer in public accounting and don’t have a traditional “busy season” per se, I do still have a pretty heavy work load.

In today’s video I am sharing my tips for how I manage stress during busy season/peak times at work. These are a few strategies that have worked well for me in managing stress but I would love to hear from you. What are some ways you manage a heavier work load and not stress out?
